Terms
Last updated September 9, 2026.
These are the terms for Operation Ownership, Cohort 01.
What this is
Operation Ownership, Cohort 01, is eight weeks of live weekly sessions. It starts Monday, November 16, 2026. Eight seats.
I teach every session myself. I'm T.J. Typinski II.
Price and payment
$5,000 per seat. I invoice you after I accept your application, and payment is due before the first session. I hold your seat only once it's paid.
Application
Applying doesn't guarantee a seat. I read every application myself, and I decide who gets in.
Acceptance includes a typed agreement to these terms, and attendance and weekly work are logged.
The standing order
By the end of eight weeks your app is live, it works, and you have the AI team that keeps it working, or I keep working with you until you do.
The standing order is continued work with you, not a cash refund.
Refunds
Refund requires attendance at all eight live sessions, completed weekly work on your own application, and a written request sent within seven days of the final session that names what was promised and not delivered; T.J. has thirty days to deliver it before the refund is due. One missed session may be made up by watching the replay and submitting that week's work within seventy-two hours. No refund is issued for withdrawal before the final session.
Your part
Six to ten hours a week. Show up live. Do the work on your own app.
Recordings
I record every session for the cohort. Don't share the recordings outside the cohort.
What you own
Everything you build on your app is yours. The course materials are for your own use, not for resale.
Tools
Third-party AI tools are at your own cost, under their own terms. I'll tell you what to use.
Conduct
The Ownership Room is for owners doing the work. I can remove anyone who disrupts it, and if I do, you get a pro-rata refund for the weeks you haven't had yet.
No other promises
I don't promise any business result beyond the standing order above.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, United States.
